Introduction

A semi flex PCB is a board manufactured with a specific process. that mills a portion of rigid FR4 to a thickness of 0.20 mm +/- 0.10 mm. Additionally, the process makes the PCB flexible enough to fit inside an enclosure. This PCB is primarily intended for one-off flex mounts.

Semi-flex PCB is a flexible mounting board made entirely of FR4. The bending element of the board is a thin FR4 core. Additionally, FR4 cores have a limited number of bends.
