Step1: Design

We kick things off by sketching out the blueprint of our single-layer flex PCB using specialized software. This involves arranging components, tracing out the circuit. and ensuring it aligns perfectly with what we’re building.

Step2: Selecting the Right Materials:

Next up, we carefully choose our materials. We’re talking about flexible substrates like polyimide (PI) or polyester (PET). that can handle all the bending and flexing we throw at them.

Step3: Adding Copper Foil

We then layer on the copper foil using heat and pressure. Before that, though, we etch out the copper foil to create our circuit pattern. leaving behind traces and pads for our components.
